It's been a wonderful week. Two monumental things happened.
First of all, my fourth grandson entered the world, 2 1/2 weeks early!
Then, if that wasn't amazing enough, I found out that Sierra made it as a top five finalist for the 2013 Best Indie Book Awards!! (in the Romance category)
See all the categories and all of the top five finalists here.
Hope you had a great labor day weekend!
That picture is so precious. Looks like he's deep in thought or about to say something.ReplyDelete
Congratulations on Sierra. I just loved it and the award is so deserved!
It's nearly 11 at night and I'm just now able to get on the computer! It's been a busy day, spent caring for my daughter and her new baby. I'm not complaining though! I'm loving every minute, but everything else is falling by the wayside right now. Sorry for the late response. Thanks for your comment, Laura!Delete
Congratulations on both Taylor.. Your grandson is so adorable and yes he looks deep in thought. Bet he will be a smart boy.. I loved Sierra so it does not surprise me at all that it is in the top 5 and should be number one. :) It is such a wonderful story and so far my fav of your books still.. Enjoy all of your success and those new babies.. :)ReplyDelete
I'm enjoying every minute and it will be very hard to say goodbye when I have to leave and return home. I appreciate your kind thoughts, Linda!Delete
Congratulations!!!!! Another sweet bundle of joy to add to your family. Very nice. I am wishing you much luck with Sierra and I love that it was the romance category. ^_^ Well deserved.ReplyDelete
Thank you, Sherry. The sweet little bundle is keeping me very busy! (which is why I'm on the computer at 2 am!) I love that Sierra is a finalist in the romance category too. I meant it to be a romance from the very beginning--but I love the suspense and thriller aspects of the novel as well. Thanks for your comment!Delete
